Four New Kelis Songs On "Flesh Tone" Mixtape

DJ Replay from FreeSchool (the production team that have been working closely with Kelis on her new album) released a mixtape during Winter Music Conference that included dance remixes of Kelis' hits which include Milkshake, Caught Out There, Lil Star and Bossy -- in addition to Kelis' #1 hit Acapella and snippets of 4 new songs off of Flesh Tone which include: 4TH OF JULY, HOME, SCREAM AND 22ND CENTURY.

Kelis will be performing Acapella on Jimmy Kimmel Live on Tuesday, April 6th.

Kelis Performs "4th of July", "Acapella", & Gets Down To Major Lazer In NYC

Kelis returned to NYC this past weekend to bless her hometown with new music from her upcoming album Flesh Tone.  On Saturday she rocked crowds at GLOW (Long Island) and Club 57 (NYC) with performances of her #1 hit "Acapella" and new song "4th of July".  She even showed off her moves to Major Lazer's "Pon De Floor".  The weekend was capped off by a surprise performance at her best friend Legendary Damon's birthday bash at Juliet where the crowd went nuts as she sung "Acapella", "4th of July", and yet another new track from Flesh Tone, "22nd Century".

Kelis Debuts New Songs Plus A Madonna/Milkshake Mash-up

Kelis took the stage this week at the Black Eyed Peas/DipDive.com Grammy Celebration in LA.

Her unique style was in full effect as she debuted a new track from her upcoming album ("4th of July"), mashed-up a Madonna classic with one of her own, and of course turned up the energy with her new single "Acapella".

Kelis Leaks New Song 'Acapella' on Twitter

Stop what you're doing! Kelis just leaked her new, David Guetta produced, electro-club-banger "Acapella" on Twitter @IAmKelis. She's back with a new sound, a new look, and even a new label.

Kelis also posted a special message to her fans on her new website.

"Well, walking through the streets of NY this summer...I use the term walking loosely...I was extremely pregnant and probably doing more of a very slow creep down each humid sticky block...people had so much to say to me. You know us New Yorkers don't ever keep anything to ourselves...I was asked if I would ever put another album out. I suppose people assumed after the baby and divorce and all the time I took off (went to culinary school during my break which was amazing and another conversation) that it would be on to motherhood for me. And well that's true...as I lay here with my perfect little won ton now writing you all this message. My answer was always the same. "Soon come guys" ;) and so here we are. My album is pretty much done. I signed a new deal and I'm madly in love with life and ready to share something with you. My song is called "Acapella" and I wrote it with love and life in mind. I hope that it finds you well and that you love it, cause honestly I do! Muah!"
