In the original The Boondock Saints, the religious vigilante brothers MaCmanus were pursued by a lawman played by Willem Dafoe. Dafoe switched sides to join them in raising arms against evil men through the MacManuses own brand of "spiritual calling" justice. In the sequel, director Troy Duffy decided to add a new investigator to go after the renegade brother's tails. This time, it's a babe, and it's Julie Benz.
Benz has appeared on both television and movies and some of you may remember her in CSI, John Rambo, and Saw V. For fans of Buffy the Vampire Slayer series, she's the vampire temptress Darla. But even when not playing a sexy vampire, she's still a temptress as herself. In The Boondock Saints: All Saints Day, she adds spice to a role that used to be filled by Dafoe. Her addition is another reason for dudes to watch the sequel to the Duffy classic.
